Training the Body to Play Golf
Golf is often over‑taught through positions and mechanical checklists.
But great golf doesn’t come from controlling movements — it comes from teaching the body to move naturally and repeatably.
That’s why my coaching emphasizes:
- feel over excessive thought
- rhythm, timing, and athletic movement patterns
- building stability through simple, structured drills
The goal isn’t to force the swing.
It’s to train the body to create the shot — so the mind can stay calm and decisive when it’s time to perform.
